1. Digital Course Policy

All our products are digital courses, delivered online through videos, PDFs, and tutorials.
Since these are non-tangible digital items, no physical return is applicable.

2. No Refund After Course Access

Once you receive access to the course (login details, videos, materials), refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
This includes:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of time to study

  • Personal issues

  • Technical issues from the student’s side (device, network, etc.)

Students are requested to check the course details thoroughly before purchasing.

3. Refund Eligibility (Only in Special Cases)

A refund will be considered only if:

  • You made the payment twice for the same course

  • The course was not delivered due to a technical error on our side

If found valid, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You don’t like the teaching method

  • You misunderstood the course content

  • You expected something not mentioned

  • You cannot continue learning

  • You shared login details and access was blocked

  • You violated Terms & Conditions

5. Course Access Issues

If you face any issue accessing your course, contact us immediately.
We will help resolve:

  • Login problems

  • Video not loading

  • Module access issues

Support is available through Email or WhatsApp.

6. Course Replacement

Course replacement is not allowed once access has been given.
Each course purchase is final and tied to the registered student only.

7. Payment Failures

If payment is deducted but course access is not received, please contact us with:

  • Transaction ID

  • Registered email

  • Screenshot of payment

We will verify and activate your course.

8. Cancellation Policy

Course cancellation is not possible once access has been granted.
We do not offer any partial or full cancellations.
